RETURNS
Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.
Only one coupon code is allowed per order.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item

No returns are allowed on sale items.

Colors and patterns may very slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and buyer must pay return shipping.

Items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges

All returned items must still have tags on them. No exceptions. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn or that have stains, pet hair, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant or any other odors will not qualify for return. Any item that has been worn even one time will not be accepted.

Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for protection. Damaged shoe boxes will not be accepted. If shoe boxes are sent back with stickers or shipping labels on them they will automatically be disqualified as a return.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us/lost due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you send back any item that does not qualify for return you will be responsible to pay a return shipping charge of $5.

We advise that you retain a receipt of shipment for your records.
